The name of my article is "Want to lose baby weight? Get some sleep". Researches said women who want to lose the extra weight gained in pregnancy should try to get more sleep. The study took place at Harvard Medical School in Boston with 940 women taking part in it. The women who slept five hours or less a night when their babys were six months old, were more likely to have kept on 11 pounds of weight one year after giving birth, studies showed.

I found this article about an oil spill that occured in the San fransisco Bay area. The governer of california stated he doesn't want any people to be eating sea food in that area, and he would also like commercial and sportsfishing to be suspended until December 1st or at least until it is safe enough. Animals rights groups protested that bunker oil should be banned because of all the damages it is causing to the environment along with the animals who were home to that habitat.
