Vocabulary: week 11

Loquacious - very talkative; very wordy


Metamorphosis -complete change, in any way or form


Nihilism - philosophy that human life is meaningless and that all religions, laws, moral codes, political systems are false

Obsequious -too humble or too ready to agree with someone, kind of like a servant

Oligarchy - governed by few people

Quotidian -everyday common place

Reparation - the process of being repaired; amending






Tempestuous - violent; stormy




Tautology - redundancy yet in different words

Supercilious - arrogant; disdainful

Fatuous - foolish or silly

Apathy -lack of interest in or concern for things that others find moving or exciting
